Project Goal: The goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Agora Tutoring's online platform to identify critical features required for launch, assess the competitive landscape, and create a business plan. Students will also develop a strategic roadmap for future growth and recommend enhancements to the platform's user experience and functionality.
