Marketing Strategy Plan
We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: educators and school leaders to enroll in a new online course on grant-writing for educators, a 3-day in-person and/or online geared to help them secure funding for school projects. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How can we market effectively to get the attention needed for this new service before we launch? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? Enhancing IITTI's Marketing Strategy
IITTI, a company specializing in soft skills certification, is seeking to refine its marketing strategy to better reach its target audience and drive growth. The project involves conducting comprehensive market research to identify new marketing techniques that can be leveraged to enhance IITTI's current strategy. The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing marketing efforts and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. The tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying potential gaps in the current strategy, and suggesting innovative marketing approaches that align with IITTI's objectives.

Creating Graphic Design Assets
Our company has had the same design assets for several years, and although we have enjoyed this branding, we are looking to revamp and update our brand book. This may involve: Creating a new branding guide that is new, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used. Meeting with the project manager to evaluate the choices made for the branding book to ensure it is aligned with company branding goals, and making any necessary revisions. Designing and presenting thumbnails for design assets (banner ad, illustration, infographic, etc) based on the branding guide to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager. Executing the full designs for each branding asset using Canva, based on the approved thumbnails. Creating multiple thumbnails with different color schemes based on the colors in the branding guide.
