Our learners can help your staff at peak periods or during leaves of absence, and provide fresh insight into an organization. Field placements are unpaid, full-time experiences lasting for 6-weeks (210 hours total)

Are you looking for a Business Administration (BA) student to assist you with your daily workload? The students from the Bow Valley College Business Administration Certificate program will work with your team to perform a variety of assigned tasks. • Students are available 3x/year – January, May, or September and must meet strict prerequisites to be eligible for placement • Field placements are unpaid and designed to be mutually beneficial for both host and student • Field placement experiences may be in-person or virtual • The student is required to complete 140 hours (four weeks, full-time) • The host is requested to provide a designated workstation and a variety of duties relating to the student’s education, plus training, supervision, and mentorship • A performance evaluation will be provided to the supervisor for completion and returned to Bow Valley College at the conclusion of the field placement
