Based on organizational goals for new products or product diversification, students will conduct secondary market research to create a business plan you can implement in your organization. Research will be conducted using a variety of approaches, including:
- Industry profile, trends and outlook
- Target market analysis
- SWOT and Competitive advantage analysis
- Strategic Planning
