- Developing a marketing plan to reach potential new clients.
- Creating a customer acquisition plan to convert potential new clients into paying customers.
- Developing a customer retention plan to ensure customer loyalty.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Understanding of potential new markets for Wouessi's services and products.

Final deliverables should include:
- A written report explaining the research, strategy, and plans developed.
- A presentation summarizing the research, strategy, and plans developed.
