Blunt skincare is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 2-3 marketing students.

The primary focus for the student will be: 

  • Content Strategy  - Collaborate to develop an effective and cohesive brand content strategy for all channels and platforms (blog, social media, digital); provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility, reach and inbound traffic. Assist in building the master calendar to manage all digital activities.
  • Content Creation - support content creation for all channels by suggesting easy-to-implement ideas (especially during social distancing), create content creation strategies (UGC, photoshoots and influencer marketing), editing and writing the blog posts/captions.
  • Email Marketing - support existing programs and develop new initiatives to grow brand's email communication channel.
  • Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence; develop and implement paid ad strategies and influencer marketing initiatives

Our goal at the end of this experience is: 

  • Content Strategy  - to increase brand's reach and to organize our strategy in one master content calendar
  • Content Creation - to improve our messaging, brand presence and communication
  • Email Marketing - to execute effective email marketing campaigns
  • Strategic Social Media Marketing - to increase our presence on all platforms, reach and engagement

Other duties the student may complete could include: (indicate other duties as exemplified below)

  • Optimize E-commerce channels - bluntskincare.com and Amazon.com
  • Assist with PR campaigns, advertising and partnerships

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: (list expected channels - eg. Riipen messaging, company slack, email, Trello, Google docs)
