Vos responsabilités seront :
- Participer activement, avec l’équipe de gestion, dans l’atteinte et le suivi des objectifs établis (résultats de ventes et budget);
- Assurer la coordination des activités opérationnelles;
- Exercer un leadership mobilisateur auprès de l’ensemble de ses collaborateurs;
- Appliquer de hauts standards de service à la clientèle et agir comme modèle et coach auprès des employés;
- Gérer et coacher les ressources humaines sous sa responsabilité (embauche, accueil, intégration, formation, performance, etc.);
- Veiller à l’application et au respect des directives, des politiques, des procédures et des normes;
- Assumer la responsabilité du magasin en l’absence du Directeur.
