It was a privilege to collaborate with the leadership team at IITTI on the strategic consulting project titled “Enhancing Employee Engagement and Promoting Workplace Diversity and Inclusion: A Strategic Framework for IITTI's Recruitment, Retention, and Performance Review Processes.”
Throughout the engagement, IITTI demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaged, and forward-thinking workplace. Their openness to collaboration, timely communication, and constructive feedback greatly enriched the consulting process. The organization’s transparency and willingness to reflect on current practices enabled our team to develop targeted, research-backed recommendations with real potential for long-term impact.
This project offered an invaluable opportunity to translate academic learning into practical solutions while also deepening our understanding of strategic HRM in a global context. I am confident that the framework developed will support IITTI’s ongoing efforts in creating a more equitable and engaging organizational culture.
