- Meet for a kick-off with the Senior Learning Designer to cover project expectations and learn about the AscentUP program.
- Conduct 1x1's with Senior Learning Designer to discuss individual interest and skills.
- Get onboarded to the AscentUP training platform.

During this week, learners will:
- Structure their recommendations for the training into a presentation (as a group) and present to the LXD team. Presentation should include UX recommendation, Content to add or change in future, and Ideas for supplementary future content.
